CAPS Accreditation Application
By submitting this application for accreditation with Christian Association for PreSchools, the candidate school confirms that they have carefully read the standards and guidelines that are included in the Christian Association for PreSchools protocol. These standards and indicators establish the Christian Association for PreSchools accreditation process. The candidate school also confirms that all information provided on the application is accurate and complete. The candidate school acknowledges their understanding that the school is allowed six months to submit the supporting documentation for the enclosed application. Application for accreditation is only valid for this stated amount of time.
Indemnification Agreement For Accreditation
The candidate school desires accreditation from Christian Association for PreSchools (CAPS) and hereby agrees to indemnify, save, and hold CAPS harmless - its officers, members, employees, agents, volunteers, and/or their successors and assigns from any and all actions, claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or related in any way to CAPS's accreditation and/or supervision to obtain and/or maintain accreditation, for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained by any person, corporation, association, partnership, or other entity as a result of and/or in connection with in any way an application for accreditation. The applicant school agrees to indemnify and hold CAPS harmless for any and all damages, including, but not limited to, attorney's fees. It is expressly understood that CAPS makes no warranties (express or implied) regarding accreditation; CAPS's granting of accreditation to the applicant school only signifies that the applicant school has met applicable standards for school accreditation.

- Copy of the applicant's Statement of Faith
- Copy of the applicant's Mission Statement
- Copy of the applicant's Vision Statement
- Copy of the applicant's Date of Determination Letter - Copy of the applicant's Staff/Faculty Roster
- Copy of Applicant's Governing Body Minutes Approval of Aquired CAPS Accreditation

Upon receipt and acceptance of this application the Christian Association for PreSchools office will:
- Send the school the protocol information.
- Connect the school with it's CAPS Representative.
- Make an Pre-Site accreditation visit to the school.
- Help the applicant school step by step through the accreditation process.
